A young London-based company started up building an exciting community of users around their favourite locations in the cities they live in – on the company’s website. We are currently growing the team, working hard to take our product to the next level. As a result of growth we are in process of setting an outsourcing development team in Belgrade. There is an immediate need to fill 2 positions:
Senior Web Developer
We need an amazing web developer to join the team and help us do that. The ideal candidate would:
• have excellent PHP, Javascript and relational database skills
• have the ability to execute very fast, but also manage medium scale development projects
• are hands-on but also able to scale up and manage others as the business grows
• can communicate equally well to humans as to computers
• have up to five years experience as an individual contributor or as part of a team
The understanding of data mining and recommendation software can get you the extra bonus points
Graphic / Web Designer
We need a superb designer to join the team and help us do that. If you:
• can create compelling, exciting, usable designs
• are excited about joining a start-up, want to be part of the team and attracted by equity options
• can turn ideas into designs at thought speed
• can then translate these designs into crisply clean HTML/CSS code
• have an outstanding portfolio built over up to three years of experience
If you’re only excellent in graphic or web design, but not both, then still get in touch.
Both positions require fluent written and spoken English.
