We are looking for someone with extensive experience with Flash Communication Server (now Flash Media Server) and knows all the ins and outs of the video functionality and features it offers.
Basically as 1 project we would be looking to create a solution with similar features to this:

which is pretty powerful chat solution.
We are not looking for programmers who just know basic flash programming, but somebody who has experience with Flash Communication Server programming.
