The candidate should be prepared to migrate to Zagreb, Croatia and work in fast growing online department.

Internet Director will be responsible for managing and development of online business in company and delivering upon the revenue goals of the business.

Core responsibilities:

*Lead start-up team of marketing and business people
*Manage the entire spectrum of Shoudishou internet operations in the country.
*Initially focus areas will be strategy, internet marketing, content and traffic development, public relations and finance
*The primary success criteria for the position are:
* traffic and content development
* number of private and professional customers
* revenue and profitability

Additional responsibilities:

*Managing P&L
*Managing Online department (category management, marketing, customer care, sales)
*Planning and executing Online Strategy (operating plans, project management, resource allocation)
*Customer acquisition and content development thru category management
*Managing marketing activities (offer development, marketplace assessment, promotion, communication planning, brand positioning, public relations)
*Traffic development (search engine marketing, partnerships, affiliate marketing, online campaigns)
*Growing the team
*Cooperation with Competence Center for technology roll
*Lead and participate in best practice sharing initiatives across Trader internationally

Job requirements:

*Leadership personality, strong entrepreneurial drive and very results oriented
*Energetic, dynamic, creative with very good communication skills
*Ability to achieve best results with limited resources
*Marketing and Business development experience
*Knowledge of Internet industry, trends, etc.
*Familiarity with Online Marketing and eCommerce
*Familiarity with Web Site development
*Experience with project management
*English speaking (fluent)

Zašto? Meni ovo liči na regularan oglas za posao i ponuda je čak interesantna osim onog dela u vezi selidbe u Zagreb...

Definitivno nije spam. Ja bih inače jako voleo da ponude za posao zatrpavaju moje sanduče kao reklame za kojekakve tablete, uvećavanje koječega i slično ;)

Lepo ovo zvuči samo što ne verujem da će iko da bude dovoljno lud da ode u Zagreb da bude Internet manager ... Čak da i dobije posao pitanje je koliko će moći da se naš Srbin snadje u lijepoj našoj ...( bez uvrede )

Radi posla, a ne da vidim kako ce me primiti braca 'rvati. Zasto bi inace trazili nekog ovdje? Sigurno ne zato da bi ga doveli sebi da ga kinje i maltretiraju, a samim tim i on svoj (njihov) posao da upropasti. Treba im neko ko zna posao (tacka)

Pa ne verujem da bi bio problem u firmi, ali na ulicu, u prodavnicu dok kupuješ "hleb"... nisam siguran da bi se smeškali previše...

Nije baš tako prosto, ja sam letos mnogima morao da crtam da sam iz Srbije, brkaju nas Vojvođane sa Slavoncima i zapadnim Sremcima. Doduše, Beograđani imaju karakterističan naglasak, ali zato NS većina ovog foruma može da pokuša. :)
