Senior .NET Developer

JOB SUMMARY:
This position reports to the CTO and benefits are available for full time employment. The successful candidate will be able to work to define project requirements and to ensure that those requirements are implemented through efficient and timely application design and development. In addition, the candidate can work independently and have time flexibility to get project deadlines met. Rapid advancement is available for results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Develop web applications utilizing .NET, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript and JQuery
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and XML
• Extremely proficient in JavaScript
• Expert in SQL Server table design, Stored Procedures and SQL coding
• Understands efficiencies in application development in order to turn out optimized code
• Participate in the design and development of new applications as well as existing applications
• Analyze requests for change, code and test new functionality
• Design and develop visual and functional specifications for web sites
• Create web application models, methods, and tools that allow others to easily develop and integrate their projects into existing web contexts
• Work with practice group liaisons and department managers to publish practice group and departmental information on the intranet and extranet web sites
• Support acceptance tests and production tests
• Produce emergency and permanent fixes
• Take preventive actions that will improve applications reliability and performance

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years experience with software development
• .NET 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 (C#)
• ASP.NET
• HTML and CSS
• XML
• SQL for SQL Server
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be reliable, responsible and dependable.
• Must be detailed oriented, accurate and able to multitask.
• Strong Customer Service ethics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must have exceptional follow-up skills and be able to work independently.
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills (English).
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good-natured Team Player with Positive Attitude.
