Responsibilities
• Engage with our designers and product managers to build a kickass e-commerce platforms
• Implement new functionality and improve existing features based on business requirements
• Drive innovation by coming up with new and surprising ideas and constructive criticism


Requirements
• Extraordinary PHP 5 skills
• Familiar with OOP PHP 5 and PHP MVC frameworks (e.g. Zend, Symfony 2, Yii)
• Comfortable with cross-platform XHTML, CSS, JS and jQuery / jQuery mobile
• Exposure to web services like REST and SOAP
• Skills in enterprise search engines like Solr, Lucene
• Experienced in coding large applications built on the LAMP stack


Desirable
• Experienced in other languages as JAVA and C++
• Advanced knowledge about software architecture best and common practises
• Worked with a high availability (HA) environment platform before
• Passion for high performance scalable design and database optimization
• Working knowledge in the e-commerce sector before
• Open for new challenges such as extreme programming
• Good work experience with agile modeling ( Scrum or Kanban)
• Familiar with Atlassian JIRA, Oracle Virtual Box, New Relic and Ngnix
