Senior Software Developer
We are looking for a developer who has significant experience (7 to 10 years) working for leading companies. You will be part of a core development team that is building a new and exciting recruitment platform. At the core of our offering is the ability to provide highly targeted search results to job seekers and employers alike. If you have search engine experience, that is a plus.

Requirements:
o Minimum: 7-10 years of relevant experience
o Fluency in PHP/MySQL
o Strong background in OO architecture and MVC design
o Strong written and oral communication in English is a must
o Strong work ethic
Bonus:
o Experience with Sphinx and/or Solr/Lucene
o Experience with TDD and Unit Testing
o Familiarity with CodeIgniter
o Familiarity with full LAMP stack
