In addition, to the usual technical responsibilities the client is looking for those candidates who have the extra level of drive and ability to be involved in estimation, planning, tasking, research and innovation.
Ruby Developer Essential Experience:
* Strong experience in Ruby on Rails
* Strong experience delivering web applications
* Solid TDD experience and Agile
* Solid MySQL database experience
* Version control experience in either Subversion or GIT
