Moja firma (AAM Consulting Ltd) zeli da krene na jednom EU tenderu u Srbiji, i za to trazi lokalne partnere. Malo nize naci ces uslove za key-experte, ako znas nekog u svojoj okolini, krugu poznanstva da je zainteresovan za saradnju, molim te povezi nas.
Bez dole navedenih key-experata moja firma ne moze krenuti na tenderu, zbog toga je i cela stvar malo hitna, zeleli bismo doneti odluku do petka. Qualifications and skills:
- A bachelors degree[1] (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution) in associated field, or 12 years of experience in the sector
- Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Serbian
- Relevant experience in Public Financial Sector
General professional experience:
- Proven minimum 5 years of professional experience but preferably with 10 years in the field of Public finance and implementation of large public sector system
- Experience in dealing with senior government officials would be an advantage
Junior Long-Term Key Expert Accounting & Financial Planning
Qualifications and skills:
- A bachelors degree[2] (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution) in associated field, or 7 years of experience in the sector
- Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Relevant experience in Public Financial Sector
General professional experience:
- Proven minimum 2 years of professional experience but preferably with 5 years in the field of Accounting and Financial Planning
- Experience in dealing with senior government officials would be an advantage
Specific professional experience:
- Proven professional experience in Accounting and Financial Planning
- Proven professional experience in financial reform programmes including the use of IT applications
- Previous relevant experience in Public Finance reform (in Eastern Europe and/or developing countries would be an advantage)
This is a 2 year project where experts are expected to spend 350-390 days on the project. Projected starting date (if we managed to win) late May.
