Hello, my name is Christine and I am happy to assist you with your question
regarding establishing PayPal in Serbia.

At this time, we do not offer our services in Serbia. There are many
country regulations that must be met and decided before we are able to
offer services in a country. We are constantly working on offering more
countries our services but, this process does take time and has to be
followed by strict guidelines for each country.

I do understand your frustration regarding not being able to use PayPal at
this time. Hopefully, we will offer services to Serbia soon but, I do not
have a timeframe at all.
