Requirements:
-Broadband internet connection (possibility to work from home)
-Solid understanding of browser and platform compatibility issues, and the importance of adherence to web
standards
-Excellent knowledge of (X)HTML and CSS 2.0 with SEO
-Commitment to delivery quality results according to realistic deadlines
-Ability to produce neat code and files structure
-Understanding of usability and usable interfaces
-Attention to detail
-Knowledge of Javascript/DOM
-Very good interpersonal and communication skills
-Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written)
-Experience of developing commercial web applications
-At least one year of working experience
Advantages:
-Big advantage: Knowledge of Flash and ActionScript
-Knowledge/Experience of ASP.net or any dynamic page technology
