Future Ads has an immediate opportunity for a Senior PHP/MySQL Developer to work in our Interactive Gaming/Advertising division.
We are looking for a candidate who can help assess and define both the creative and technical aspects of projects, and execute high-concept programs.
Must be a team player and able to work with other developers, technologists, project managers and designers to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Conceptualize and develop web based applications, projects and campaigns
• Assist in the development and implementation of creative test plans and software design optimizations
• Maintain familiarity with industry trends and anticipate/recommend technology shifts to improve our service offerings
• Track competitive work and recommend new design/development strategies to ensure market leadership

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 5+ years coding experience with XHTML/JavaScript/PHP[framework]/MySQL/Linux
• Excellent understanding of best practices in web programming (i.e. file size limitations, load balancing, logs metrics and related technologies)
• Well-developed communication and organizational skills
• Proven leadership skills with experience in strategic brainstorming, software development *
• Ability to encourage creative expression while continuing to keep an eye on commercial reality
• Passion for techology and related problem solving
• Desire and ability to thrive in a high-pressure, client-services driven environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously
