Imao sam ovih dana konverzaciju sa jednim payment procesorom i žalio sam se na to što ljudi dođu na sajt, plate uslugu, dobiju to što su platili a onda urade "refund" kod njih, i ovi im glatko vrate pare na račun bez ikakvog istraživanja, samo nas obaveste da je XXX urađen refund.
Dobio sam (očekivan) odgovor koji puno govori o samom načinu funkcionisanja kreditnih kartica. Obratite pažnju na poslednju rečenicu:

A refund occurs when a customer contacts us or the Vendor directly to refund money.

Please keep in mind that with credit cards the customer can always receive a refund -- if not through the Vendor or us, then through their own issuing bank. And most banks will always provide a chargeback, no questions asked.

To jednostavno znači da bilo ko može da kupi bilo šta kreditnom karticom i ode u banku, zatraži chargeback, i banka bez pitanja to i uradi. I ceo sistem se oslanja na to da će ljudi biti pošteni pa neće to da urade.
Payment procesoru je jednostavnije da odmah urade refund jer je jeftiniji od chargeback, mada sam im ja predložio da flag-uju takve, pošto isti ljudi rade iste stvari, kod mene je jedna žena već 3 puta to uradila.
