SCRUM MASTER FOR A GLOBAL SOFTWARE COMPANY
Job description:
* Organizing the ceremonies of the Agile methodology in a Scrum Sprint / inc. organizing the daily scrum meeting, sprint
planning, sprint review demo, and sprint retrospectives
* Insuring the methodology is applied correctly
* Improving the velocity and productivity of the scrum team by analyzing team metrics and identifying improvements to the
team’s engineering practices and tools
* Facilitating close collaboration between the product owner and the team
Requirements:
* Experienced in Scrum project management and XP programming
* 5+ years of Application Development work experience and 2+ years in agile development
* Previous experience in using Rally’s Agile Management tool (Rally Dev)
* Experience using HP’s Quality Center (QC) Test Management tool
* Experience with working on applications built in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
* Any previous experience in company and/or projects that have developed JAVA with JBoss and/or WebLogic applications in
an Agile/Scrum process lifecycle
* Programming skills with Java, PL/SQL, UNIX/Linux scripting
* Very good command of English language
* A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to make sound decisions based on business, technology, and QA guidelines
