Responsibilities:
Managing the growth and health of the engineering team
Working within and building culture in a global team while building products that improves business management for thousands of organizations around the world.
Lead the recruitment and hiring of new Team Members - With the active involvement of existing team members
Ensure that product development is focused on exceeding customer expectations
Provide support and assistance to teams and their ScrumMasters.
Performance evaluations, recognizing achievements and opportunities for growth.
Identify issues such as scalability, performance, security, etc.
