Dr Karb GmbH (together with ADT Projekt GmbH) is assisting the Veterinary Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management to extend the animal identification and registration and movement control system in Montenegro in compliance with EU standards. The Project “Animal Identification and Registration (I&R) – Phase II” financed by the European Union is seeking:
Short-term IT Support Expert / junior software developer
Qualifications and skills
• University degree in a relevant field
• Fluent in spoken and written (reading and writing) English and local language
• 2 years of professional experience
Specific professional experience
•End user training for modern web applications
•Experience with PDAs or smart phones as data entry devices
•Relational databases
•Working on Windows platforms
•Help desk, remote support
The positions are in 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro, with travels in the country starting Avgust -September 2010, as short-term expert for up to (at maximum) 125 working days in the period up to spring 2011. The expert will work in an international team where software development is taking advantage of the latest IT technologies.
