Sorry for this, it appears we haven't had anybody trying to submit .rs domains previously so we never noticed that we hadn't added support. I've submitted it to the tech team and .rs will go live on our system hopefully by this evening. If I get confirmation from them today I'll let you know - otherwise just try over the weekend and see if it works.
