I samo da se nadovežem na jablanov post, nemam sad vremena: na ES-u već duže vreme praktikujem copy/paste ponekog oglasa iz štampanih medija za koji smatram da bi mogao biti interesantan posetiocima tamošnje IT berze poslova. Odziv je obično odličan, a oduševljenje i posetilaca ITBP i poslodavaca očigledno. Par njih je u prijava primetilo da se kandidati pozivaju na www.elitesecurity.org i iz znatiželje bacilo pogled i svoj komentar. I svima lepo, plus besplatno. Ali masovno kopiranje samo u svrhe povećavanja traffica je druga priča, čak pomalo očajan potez.

P.S. Stella, Adecco ne posluje po headhunt principu, oni su HR konsalting kompanija čiji se posao obično svodi na filtriranje i intervjuisanje kandidata. Tu od aktivnog lova na glave nema ni L
