You will be part of a core development team that is building a new and exciting recruitment platform. Requirements:
o Minimum: 7-10 years of relevant experience
o Fluency in PHP/MySQL
o Strong background in OO architecture and MVC design
o Strong written and oral communication in English is a must
o Strong work ethic

Bonus:
o Experience with Sphinx and/or Solr/Lucene
o Experience with TDD and Unit Testing
o Familiarity with CodeIgniter
o Familiarity with full LAMP stack
