Technical skills:

University degree or similar within the area of software development and/or work experience within the area. Knowledge about the open source development model is a prerequisite.

Knowledge in one or more of these areas:

- Object oriented programming
- Java technologies like JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, Spring
- Application servers like JBoss, Tomcat
- Scripting language, Python, Ruby, PHP or similar
- Ajax, JSON, XML
- MySQL
- Linux, FreeBSD or other Unix like free operating system



Personal Skills

- Self motivated and self driven
- Being a good team player and able to focus on own tasks
- Pragmatic and result oriented
- Market and customer driven
- Very good written and oral English communication skills
- Willing to travel as requested

Do you want to work professionally with developing on the open source stack? Visma Software AS is recruiting software developers and architects for our office in Belgrade. You will work with our R&D team on exciting new applications for On-demand / Software as services. These are web based frameworks and applications towards the small and middle sized businesses. The job involves the whole development process from specification, design, implementation, testing. Some involvement with and contribution to the community is expected.
