SUPPORT SPECIALISTS WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE

Main responsibilities:

- To provide customer technical and non-technical support in regards to the products of the company
- To analyse customers issues and to find the best solutions
- To supervise a limited number of small client accounts
- To provide and manage the resolution of all incoming incidents allocated to you

Main requirements:

- Fluency in German language is a must
- Very good command of English language
- Technical / IT background
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Fast-learning person with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness for travelling abroad
