Dear Sir/Madam,

The company that owns the domain name <www.kragujevacplaza.rs> might
be envisaging filing a complaint against you under the Uniform Domain
Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).

The UDRP is intended to resolve disputes between trademark owners and
holders of domain names registered and used in bad faith. The UDRP also
applies in cases where the complainant does not have a registered mark.

According to Paragraph 4(a) of the UDRP, trademark or service mark
owners can obtain the transfer of the domain name if they establish each
of the following elements:

(i) the domain name registered by the domain name registrant (you) is
identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which
the complainant (the person or entity bringing the complaint) has
rights; and

(ii) the domain name registrant has no rights or legitimate interests
in respect of the domain name in question; and

(iii) the domain name has been registered and is being used in bad
faith.

If any of these elements is not established, then the complaint is
denied, i.e. the disputed domain name remains with the respondent.
